Order Acceptance

Acceptance of your order will only take place when your payment is taken, and despatch of the product(s) is confirmed.
Prior to despatching the product(s) We have the right, to decline an order for any reason, based on the legal and regulatory reasons.
SweetHamilton Limited contract with you will start once you receive the order despatch email and remain in place upon until the last day of your right to return the products.

Payment

Delivery
- The timescales and charges for delivery vary depending on the products that you have ordered, delivery address and country, and what delivery services is available. You’ll find full details of our delivery charges before checking out.
- Delivery will be ship to the address you have specified in your order. Upon delivering of you products, If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of the delivery, our courier will advise whether your order has been left in a specified and safe place, or returned to depot/post office.
- When the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, all risk including of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you.
- We shall not hold under no liability for any failure to deliver products when specified if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery charges in the UK, changes refunds and delivery charge can only be made in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other applicable legislation. Collection
- When you collect your order refund can take up to five working days Saturdays and Sundays not included.
Delays
- We will keep you informed on the supply of your product(s) making the effort to prevent or delay for any reasons beyond our control.
- Once the product(s) have been dispatched, we shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure of product(s) being delivered.
Changes to an Order
- Any changes to be made to your order must be notified to us prior to their despatch, and be in writing (via email).
- Once you have already placed your order, you cannot make any changes to your name or delivery address once your order has been despatched.
- If for some reasons you amend or change your order this could result in delay in you timetable.
- In some case if you amend or change you order you may find the the item(s) is no longer available, or have a price changed for which you may be changed.
Products Lost or Damaged in Transit
- We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to product(s) in transit that you return, we highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage.
- If product(s) being returned get lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you or deduct from you refund any amount attributable to such damage or loss.
- Certain product(s) purchase at the time cannot be return or refunded.
- Unwanted product(s)/item(s) must be returned in the same condition as you would have received it, in it's protective coverings, carriers and in or with the original outer packaging supplied originally.
